Using the Sherpa Process Driven Executive Coaching clients are provided comprehensive 1 on 1 coaching services, face-to-face, in person or via virtual delivery options. Clients participate in a 12-session program designed to identify the behavior that is having the greatest impact on business. Working in partnership with their coach; clients develop a personalized plan enhancing future managerial and leadership excellence.
Assessments
We will help to develop team or an individual assessments to help leaders understand communication styles and work preferences in an effort to work effectively as a collective group. The assessments are designed to improve the organization’s ability to effectively utilize the strengths found in the human capital and seek solutions to minimize the potential weaknesses. Customized Coaching
After the free consultation clients determine their coaching need. This will be done in partnership with the coach and through the use of appropriate assessments which allow the coach to gain perspective and determine the most appropriate plan that will yield the intended results. Customized coaching engagements are meant to be shorter than a full Executive Coaching program.
