Ladonna R. Abdullah, CSC, MBA
Sherpa Certified Executive Coach

My coaching style is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping clients bloom where they are planted. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel empowered to embrace their current circumstances, recognize their unique strengths, and grow toward their fullest potential.

I believe that every challenge holds the seeds of opportunity and that transformation begins with clarity and intentional action. Through reflective dialogue, practical strategies, and compassionate accountability, I guide clients to align their goals with their values and uncover paths to meaningful growth. Clients often describe my approach as supportive yet focused, with an emphasis on helping them thrive in their present environment while preparing for the future they envision.

It is my pleasure to serve others.

Fulfilling my purpose includes helping others realize theirs. I love meeting new people, listening to and getting to know them, understanding their pain points and helping them reach their full potential! As an active-duty Air Force member and military spouse, I have lived in 4 different countries, 5 states, and have bloomed everywhere I was planted. Yes, I will confidently say it again, I have bloomed. Every flower has to bloom through some sort of dirt, right?! Here’s what I have learned about the soil in which we are planted. 1) Don’t rush the bloom (2) Embrace the hills and the valleys; because in all there are lessons (3) Remember the successes and challenges and use those experiences to help others.

I am originally from Dayton, Ohio. I enjoy traveling with the family, spending time outdoors being active, reading a good book, sipping on great coffee, and an occasional glass of fine wine.

My true strength at the root involves building relationships, connecting with others and smashing goals and objectives. My experience in the military has fueled my passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and has allowed me to grow and develop my cultural intelligence.

My professional background includes Entrepreneurship, Instructional Curriculum and Design, Training and Development, and Program Management. My formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master in Business Administration. Lastly, I earned a Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification from the University of Georgia.
